After spending the first year of his business career as an inside marketing representative for New Telephone Company, (NYNEX) Joe began his first straight commission outside sales position with a Financial Publishing Company selling book printing to publishers in Boston. He committed himself to a disciplined cold calling system during his 10 years with this firm. This system helped him to build a customer base that provided a top producing territory for the company and generated profitable sales leads throughout his career in the millions.
